Animal or Human?

While I was releasing the demon of my body just now, in the toilet, I saw some ants and thought: "Man, they are still working at this time of the day?!" Then that's when my mind wandered off.

Imagine.

Birds flying in the sky, so free.. Fishes swimming in the pond, so free.. Horses running in the field, so free..

Do you want to be an animal?

Or... Remain as Man?

Are man more fortunate than animals and insects? The non-human have to work on every single day and they don't have any breaks or holiday. They don't have peak hours and non-peak hours. They don't even have something called "off from work".

Other than the non-stop work, they have to constantly live in fear as they might get attack or even worse, eaten by the predators. Living in constant fears they live. I would be so stressed up in I were in their shoes. Technically, they don't have shoes, but you know what I mean.

While human, on the other hand, have hours. We knock off from work or dismiss from school when the time's up. We have our breaks during office and school time. We even have off days, which are Saturday and Sunday. We could even apply leave when we feel like taking a break. Going on holidays or just simply resting at home. We can ease up at least at some of the time.

Those people who are less fortunate can still squeeze out some time for resting. But insects and animals can't! I don't think they have any sense of security. They have to be alert even while sleeping or they might be someone's dinner.



I think I'll definately go nuts if you throw me in the jungle or in the wild. I'll kill myself if I didn't go nuts.
