IMF
It was madness!
I went out at 12in the afternoon and came back home at 12am. It was not that I spent the whole 12 hours having fun or whatever. I must say that I spent most of my time on transportation and searching for places.
And may I give you some suggestions? PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SUNTEC OR ANYWHERE NEAR IT TILL THE IMF IS OVER.
Wq said she wanted to show me this man-made fountain at Millenia Walk. So that means we had to go to Suntec in order to walk over to that stupid fountain. Stayed there for about an hour before decided to head home. That was when the nightmare started.
I was there the whole night with Wq trying to find our way from Marina Square to Explanade! We were so dead beat and that worsen the situation because we couldn't think and walked blindly around the whole Marina Square. We asked a couple of policemen and security guards but it still took us a few hours before finding Explanade. Why do we want to go Explanade? Because she wanted to take a bus home from there. Stupid, I know. But I shall not talk about it anymore. Grrr.....
It was so shitty because before that we were taking a bus and missed the stop because it did not stop at the station where it was supposed to. Due to the IMF, again. So we took a bus back in order to go Suntec. I feel so stupid now considering how tight the security is now. Why do I go there in the first place? Why?
Please don't go near Suntec unless you wanted to. PLEASE! One of the policemen told us that he advises public not to go Suntec now until IMF was over because it was really inconvenient for us these days. Now I know why. Roadblocks everywhere. And when I said everywhere, I literally mean EVERYWHERE! Policemen, security guards, police cars.... You name it.
P.S. But what can I say. For the safety of Singaporeans and the foreigners, we have to bear with it. :)

Anway, Sorry for accompanying me running around like mad women in marina square...but isnt it fun and enjoyable in between we search for places? Keep on laughing..rem? there was a lady also suddenly laugh quite loudy when we were laughing at other things...and then after we notice the lady laugh until so loud, we then laugh like hell !!!! Xiao Shi Ren Liao!!! Wahahahahahahhaha!!!
